 Hi there, I'm Madeline! Based in Minneapolis, MN, I'm a passionate wedding and event florist driven by my love for floristry. When I began my floral journey, I was clueless about where to start or how to succeed. I dove headfirst into various projects like styled shoots, giveaways, and even weddings without profit, learning the ropes the hard way. Every step of the journey has been a learning experience, teaching me invaluable lessons along the way.

As much as I adore creating beautiful wedding florals, I've developed an equal passion for the business side of being a floral entrepreneur. From refining systems to collaborating with brides on their big day, from mastering social media to crafting client communication templates—I thrive on the diverse aspects of running a floral business. I intimately understand the overwhelm of wearing multiple hats simultaneously, juggling the demands of floristry and entrepreneurship.

My journey led me to observe fellow vendors and wonder about their paths to success. Recognizing the shared challenges and the lack of accessible resources in our industry, I'm committed to bridging this gap. I'm on a mission to create programs, trainings, guides, and a supportive community that I sought out when I started. My vision for Sage & Rae Floral Co is to empower both novice vendors and seasoned professionals who may feel stagnant or unsure in certain areas. I firmly believe that education and community are essential tools for growth, regardless of where we are in our business journey.
